- Not permitted: Pregnant women, persons with serious medical conditions, recent surgery patients, or guests under the minimum age requirement.
- Personal items: No bags, jewelry, sharp objects, or valuables allowed during the jump.
- Weather dependent: Schedule may change or be postponed due to weather or safety conditions.
- Transfer: Hotel pickup & drop-off not included unless selected during booking.
- Operating hours: Early morning slots; exact timing confirmed after booking.
- Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior; 100% charge within 24 hours or for no-shows
