- 1-hour experience of ice architecture, lighting, and refrigeration.
- No live entertainment or alcohol during Ramadan/dry days.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours; 100% charge within 24 hours or no-show.
- Children: Under 3 free | 3–10 child rate | Above 10 adult rate.
